Ted was a science teacher in Eagle, Colorado for 30 years and a River Watch teacher for the last 15 years. Ted is currently creating a new River Watch program for the Walking Mountains Science Center at their new Buck Creek campus in Avon, CO.
Meghan Trubee, Co-Vice President
Meghan was recently named Community Relations Liaison for the Colorado Water Quality Control Division. She was previously the Colorado River Senior Campaign Manager, Southwest Region for the National Parks Conservation Association
Erica Stock, Co-Vice President
Erica is the Director of Major Gifts, Western Region for American Rivers. She has previously worked under former Colorado Governor Bill Ritter, Jr. and former House Majority Leader Alice Madden, working to promote balanced energy solutions.
Julie Vlier, P.E.

Julie leads the water resources discipline for Tetra Tech in Colorado and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Colorado and Montana. She is a past commissioner on the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission.
Brian is a hydrologist for the Colorado Water Conservation Board's Stream and Lake Protection Section. Previously, he served as a water commissioner for the lower Roaring Fork River. Brian recently graduated from the Colorado Foundation for Water Education's Water Leader Program.
Kelly is the Environmental Specialist/Water Coordinator for Shell Exploration & Production Company in Routt and Moffat Counties. She also sits on the Steering Committee for the Upper Yampa Watershed Group, a group which she founded in 2010.
Sarah is the Land and Water Protection Specialist for Colorado Open Lands as well as the Program Director for the Sangre de Cristo Acequia Association. She recently graduated from the Colorado Foundation for Water Education's Water Leader Program.
Zach has been the Staff Attorney for the Colorado Water Trust since 2010. He is a member of the FLOWS Subcommittee for the Poudre Runs Through It, stakeholder group in Fort Collins. He is a recent graduate of the Colorado Foundation for Water Education's Water Leader Program.
