2024 CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorships are vital to providing a valuable experience with low registration costs that make this exciting event accessible to all.
Use the form on this page to become a sponsor (sponsor level descriptions and sponsor registration form are below) allowing you to pay using a credit card. Do not use the online form if you want to pay by check. For payment by check, please contact Casey Davenhill at casey@coloradowater.org.
Once you submit the online form, you will be contacted by a conference representative who will provide you with a registration code for your attendees. The number of attendee codes awarded is dependent on the sponsorship level selected.
2024 CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
We offer two “full conference” sponsorships: BENEFACTOR and PRESENTING sponsor. Other sponsorships support the conference at a lower level, but provide essential support and exposure for your organization.

$10,000 or more: Sustaining (Benefactor)
Conference partners will work with sponsors directly to design a package, which will include all of the benefits of the presenting sponsor level (below) plus additional customized benefits to meet the sponsor’s needs. In addition, benefactor sponsors will receive their name or logo on conference lanyards. In addition, benefactor sponsors will receive the invitation to welcome conference attendees OR introduce a conference session.
$6,000: Headwaters (Presenting) Sponsor
● Full conference registration for up to 5 attendees
● “Sponsor video spotlight” played before plenary session on Wednesday
*length and time video is played may vary based on final conference schedule and number of sponsors
● Guaranteed exhibitor space in prominent location
● Sponsorship highlighted with a special call out from the stage throughout conference, including during conference kick off, social/happy hour events, and conference closing
● Your organization’s logo on dedicated signage displayed prominently at registration/welcome table, plus during all social/happy hour events
● Your organization’s logo displayed prominently on conference media screen, shown during all conference sessions
● Your organization’s logo with “top billing” on conference registration web page
● Sponsorship recognized in all partner promotional emails for conference distributed to 6,500+ members and highlighted in partner e-newsletters during the month following the conference
$3,000: River Sponsor
● Full conference registration for up to 3 attendees
● Prominent exhibitor space
● Sponsorship highlighted with a special call out from the stage at the start of each conference day
● Your organization’s logo on dedicated signage displayed prominently at registration/welcome table
● Your organization’s logo displayed prominently on conference media screen (and on virtual sponsor highlight slide), shown during all conference sessions
● Your organization’s logo on conference registration web page
● Potential for banner ad on virtual conference platform (not guaranteed)
● Sponsorship recognized in all partner promotional emails for conference distributed to 6,500+ members and highlighted in partner e-newsletters during the month following the conference
$1,500 Stream Sponsor
● Full conference registration for up to 1 attendee
● Exhibitor space
● Your organization’s logo on dedicated signage displayed throughout conference
● Your organization’s logo displayed prominently on conference media screen , shown during all conference sessions
● Your organization’s logo on conference registration web page
● Sponsorship recognized in all partner promotional emails for conference distributed to 6,500+ members and highlighted in partner e-newsletters during the month following the conference
$500 Scholarship Sponsor
● One partial scholarship for a student or first-time attendee from a nonprofit organization.
● Your organization’s name listed on the scholarship recipient’s name tag
● Your organization’s logo displayed prominently on conference media screen, shown during all conference sessions
● Your organization’s name listed on conference registration web page
● Sponsorship recognized in all partner promotional emails for conference distributed to 6,500+ members and highlighted in partner e-newsletters during the month following the conference
$100 Nonprofit Vendor (limited quantity available - first come first served)
This level is for in-person only exhibitor display space only for nonprofit organizations. This does not include conference registration or meals. If you are a Nonprofit Vendor who also wishes to register for the conference, go to the Conference Registration page once you have completed your Nonprofit Vendor exhibitor display space registration on this page. The Conference Registration page also provides the option to apply for a scholarship to cover registration fees.
