Support the Colorado Watershed Assembly
The Colorado Watershed Assembly is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that supports over 70 local conservation groups throughout Colorado working
to protect the health of their unique watersheds.
Through our weekly Inflow Newsletter we work to provide watershed groups with important funding, training opportunities, conferences, roundtable meetings and current events. River Watch provides volunteers and students an opportunity to become involved in their watershed by collecting a variety of data- the data collected is used by decision makers in implementing the Clean Water Act. All data is entered into the Colorado Data Sharing Network and can be accessed by interested citizens and used to develop watershed management plans. The
State of the Watershed Report is an annual publication that highlights the work of watershed groups across the state. The annual Sustaining Colorado Watersheds Conference brings together local watershed groups with state and federal agencies and policymakers and features dozens of workshops on issues affecting Colorado watersheds.
Memberships, individual contributions, major gifts, and grants make this grassroots collaboration possible.
