Western Resource Advocates (WRA) is hiring an Associate Director of Donor Relations to join our Development Team. Under the direction of the Development Director, this role is responsible for the revenue strategy for major, midlevel, and annual fund donors and prospects. The Associate Director of Donor Relations will lead the setting and meeting of goals and metrics related to this constituency. As a member of the Development Management Team, the Associate Director of Donor Relations collaborates to implement initiatives, coordinate activities, and create alignment throughout the team, in addition to supporting the Development Director in achieving the revenue goals of the organization. The Associate Director of Donor Relations will supervise the Annual Fund Manager and is an active fundraiser who manages a portfolio of 75-100 major gift donors and prospects. Conservation Colorado is seeking a Water Campaign Manager, preferably based in Denver, to lead our organization’s efforts to protect our rivers, streams, and communities from the impacts of climate change, drought, and pollution. As Water Campaign Manager, you’ll work to deliver policy wins on water issues at the federal, state, and local levels.  You’ll serve as our organization’s policy expert on water, reporting to the West Slope Director on our Government Affairs team.  This includes running issue-specific coalitions and tables and owning issue-specific policy campaigns for the organization.
