Under general direction, the Utilities Greenways Program Manager will inform long-term and sustainable Greenways program direction, resourcing, and work planning. This position also performs program and project management, ecological field work, data collection and management, and technical support for the program, and serves in a primary coordination role between internal and external groups and with the public. Mountain Studies Institute is hiring a Bridging Mountains Environmental Education Coordinator. This position will be located at Mountain Studies Institute (MSI) in Durango, CO. MSI is an independent not-for-profit mountain research and education center established in 2002. MSI develops science that people can use to address environmental issues facing the San Juan Mountains. They conduct and facilitate research, provide educational opportunities and internships, and conduct environmental monitoring. They connect scientists and stakeholders across the San Juan Mountain region to go beyond scientific inquiry to the meaningful application of knowledge that makes a difference for the quality of the environment and their communities. 

Colorado Open Lands (COL) is looking for a project manager to implement innovative groundwater-focused conservation easements to support aquifer recovery in the Upper Rio Grande River Basin. The work of this position is focused on conservation easements that support COL’s mission, including the development of groundwater-focused easements and other community-driven projects that support the resources, agricultural heritage, and recreation opportunities of the San Luis Valley. The City of Thornton is hiring a Stewardship Project Manager. This position Directs and leads all activities associated with the City's Agricultural Stewardship Office. Supervises and directs City staff and outside vendors and consultants assigned to the Agricultural Stewardship Office and stewardship projects. Maintains and expands a unique level of knowledge in ranch and cropland management, weed control, production agriculture, holistic grazing practices, agricultural water issues and other topics related to managing large working landscapes.

The City of Greeley is seeing a Deputy Director for Water Resources. The position is responsible for both ongoing water resource programs and implementation of new capital projects and programs identified in the Integrated Water Resources Plan and reports directly to the Water and Sewer Utilities Department Director. The Deputy Director coordinates and obtains and aligns resources and develops policies to secure water supplies and develop water projects necessary to meet current and future water demands.
