December 2nd, 2025 | Upper Poudre Watershed Stakeholder Committee - The Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed’s Upper Poudre Watershed Stakeholder Committee meets several times a year to discuss and guide our goals, objectives, and implementation actions in the Upper Poudre River Watershed. The committee provided valuable insight and guidance for the Upper Poudre Watershed Resilience Plan. The committee is open to the public. December 10th, 2025 | Community Public MeetingEPA, Mountain Studies Institute (MSI), and the Town of Silverton will be hosting a public meeting on Wednesday, December 10th from 5-7pm at the Kendal Mountain Center in Silverton, CO. EPA and the Superfund Redevelopment Program will present on the Bonita Peak Mining District's Mayflower Tailings Impoundment Reuse and Redevelopment Options. We are seeking community feedback to assist San Juan County in determining future use possibilities. In addition, MSI will be providing an update on the Animas River Corridor.  Learn more HERE
